Job Details
IT Desktop Support Technician
- At least 2 years of experience preferred but open to entry level candidates
- AV monitoring & remediation, through familiarity with MS Windows, OS and office productivity suite
- Ability to Troubleshoot the following
- Hardware
- Software
- OS issues on company desktops/laptops
- Printer issues
- VPN issues
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team Player
- Takes initiative
- Ability to interact with individuals in various levels of organization
